Welcome to Title Sale Report
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order, you (the Customer) enter into a legally binding agreement with NEBULOX LTD (the Merchant).
1. Nature of Service
Title Sale Report is a data aggregator. We provide vehicle history reports in PDF format delivered via email.
The information provided is sourced from various public and private databases. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data, as we do not create the records ourselves.
2. Billing & Merchant Identity (NEBULOX LTD)
All financial transactions are handled by NEBULOX LTD.
Billing Descriptor: You explicitly agree that you will see “NEBULOX LTD” on your bank statement.
Any dispute filed due to “Unrecognized Transaction” despite this notice will be contested using this agreement as evidence of your prior knowledge.
3. No-Refund & Immediate Consumption Policy
Digital Goods: Since our reports are digital products, they are considered “consumed” the moment they are generated and emailed.
Final Sale: You acknowledge that once the payment is made, the process is automated. We do not offer a “cooling-off” period, and all sales are final.
Delivery Window: You agree to allow 30–45 minutes for the PDF delivery to your email. Filing a dispute before this window expires or without contacting Live Chat first is a breach of these terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: We provide reports “as is.” We are not liable for any financial loss, mechanical issues, or legal troubles arising from a vehicle purchase based on our reports.
User Error: We are not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect VIN or an invalid email address. No replacements or refunds will be issued for such errors.
5. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Clause
Fraudulent Disputes: If you initiate a chargeback for a delivered report, we reserve the right to:
Submit your IP Address, Browser Fingerprint, and Email Logs to your issuing bank
Blacklist your details from all future vehicle history services
Recover the chargeback fee (usually $25–$50) through independent collection agencies
Verification: We reserve the right to flag any order for manual verification if we suspect high-risk or fraudulent activity.
6. Customer Obligations
You agree to check your Spam/Junk folder before claiming non-delivery.
You agree to use our Live Chat Support as the first point of contact for any issues.
You represent that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder to perform this transaction.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws where NEBULOX LTD is registered. Any legal disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.
